Fluffy Egg White Oatmeal
1/3 cup quick oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup egg whites
1 TBSP natural peanut butter or any nut butter
1 Banana (½ mashed, ½ sliced into slivers)
2 TBSP of Maple Syrup/ honey/ agave
Handful of blueberries or any Berry (Optional)
Sliced almonds (Optional)
1. Mix oats, almond milk and chia seeds in a small pot over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes
2. Turn the heat down to low, whisk in the egg whites. After a few minutes, the oats will look much fluffier
3. Mix the mashed half of your banana into the fluffy mixture. Also add the nut butter.
4. Top with the slivered bananas, drizzle with the Syrup, and add the almonds or other berries to the top.
